So I’ve Sunk This Low…

So, recently I got onto myspace.com.For a while, I had a profile on friendster.com but it’s unwantingly come to my attention that friendster, though I think it’s been established longer, is now “lame,” and myspace is the place to be. I feel like I’m high school all over again — which crowd to pick? In conclusion, my new, stark space can be found on myspace.

I’m posting this though because I’m curious about how many people on here use myspace (well, and I need some friends if I have any hope in fighting virtual friend inflation 🙂 *nudge, nudge*). If so, how many people not only have a bit of a profile, but a blog as well? And are there any other “spaces” like myspace.com that are really popular right now?

Personally, I almost miss the the old days when somebody’s online niche consisted of a little homepage and maybe a few “favorites”… So often now there are endless blogs with pointless ramblings of quotidian events (kind of like this, eh?). 🙂
